Terrapin Row, 12 p.m.

“I’m going to enjoy time with my fraternity brothers, and then once that’s over, I’m going to get caught up on my work and study for my exam.” — John Swanton, junior public health major

“I’m currently planning for spring break, hopefully going to Smokey Mountains in Nashville. I have a summer application due tomorrow I’m applying to and hopefully going to play in the snow and play in the snowball fight on McKeldin. And we’ll hopefully make pancakes — it’s sort of a tradition.” — Ateret Sultan-Reisler, junior art history and psychology major

Bagel Place, 1:48 p.m.

“I might do a little bit of work, and I don’t know if the snowball fight is still going on, but I might go to that. … I got invited to a day drink, but I’m not going to that.” – Karoline Huang, sophomore public health science major

After an hour of hard work and numb limbs, the walls just wouldn’t stay up, so we called it a day and topped off the igloo with a sled. I guess that’s what happens when you ask music majors to make an architectural masterpiece.” — Sara Glasser, freshman music education major

South Campus Commons 4, 3:45 p.m.

“I’ve got two exams and a project due tomorrow, so I was hoping to spend some time with my friends, but I’m just studying all day. … I have very little time to relax, unfortunately, I’m headed to McKeldin right now to work on my [computer science] project.” – Brennan Steedman, junior computer science major

Outside Memorial Chapel, 4 p.m.

“We made slow-mo videos of each other sledding. I made a snow angel, and we even yelled the Maryland fight song across the mall with another group on the other side. It was a good day.” – Jasmine Baten, freshman English major

Inside Commons Shop, 4:30 p.m.

“So initially I was going to get some cheaper pizza from Blaze but there was a really long line, so I was just like screw it. … My goal originally was to eat pizza for every meal today.” – Nicole Burgos, freshman psychology major

“I’m just staying in, staying warm, got to study for an exam tomorrow.” – Idris White, sophomore communication major
